A lot of boxing followers have been wondering for a while what are those lips on Kenyon Martin's neck?

It's a tattoo he got for his girlfriend and hip hop artist Trina. Some fans find it a horrendous tattoo, but some says it's somewhat creative and different.

Why did he choose to place the tattoo on his neck? According to Martin, "It's just something that I wanted to get a while ago, but I'm not just gonna get it for anyone".
