PS3 Firmware 2.42: Playstation 3 Update

The PSP3 2.42 update is now available for download. You can now grab your own copy, however, before doing some installation, you may want to wait until tomorrow morning or later to see any problem that may occur with the recent release - for security purposes.

By the way, the Playstation 3 2.42 update improves the playback quality of some PSP 3 and PlayStation format software. It also appears that the new update is another stability or security update.
